United Electronics offers an electronic recycling and data destruction service to individuals, government entities, and businesses.  United Electronics is a division of United Metals LLC. United Metals  LLC was started in 1972 and since that year we have developed two other scrap yards within the state of Idaho.   We recognized that the state of Idaho needed a reliable and responsible electronic recycling company. Because of United Metals’ strong core values we felt that we would fill this recycling need.   Throughout Thirty Seven years of existence we have relied on honesty and hard work as the cornerstones of our business model.    

United Electronics’ goal is to assist the state of Idaho to become more efficient and effective in dealing with the negative impact that unwanted electronics has on the environment.  That is why we pledge to companies and individuals that the electronic materials that we collect from them stays out of landfills.  We commit to our customers that we comply with all local, state, and federal laws concerning electronic recycling. 

Along with recycling unwanted electronics we also discovered that many individuals, companies, and government entities needed a service to help them secure their personal and proprietary information on their electronics.  After looking at all of the options to help organizations secure their information we found that there was only one solution that guaranteed their security.  We have a mobile hard drive shredder that will destroy multiple hard drives in one setting.  Because the shredder is mobile we are able to go to your workplace so you can view the destruction of the hard drives so there is no questions whether or not your information has been secured.
